Hi I have bought a new phone of karbonn phone(A+27 smart phone) from flipkart online site. But that phone stopped working with in a month of purchasing & send to customer care, Now after the proper follow up with them they are ready to replace the phone but that is not in the condition to accept, also if we will accept it they are not ready to share any acceptance in written. Kindly look on this matter & resolved at the earliest.

the problems i was facing with the mobile. * Mice was not working * speakers were dead * Hanging for long. * start beeping any time.
