I have purchased a recently launched phone of karbonn titanium series. My phone model name is karbonn titanium s5 plus and I purchased it on 8 th december and after 1 week I started facing network problem on my phone. So I submitted my phone at service centre on 20 th december and they said it will take 15-45 days. I was like ok but please atleast please tell me the exact status after 15 days that when I will get my phone back. And from 5th january I am calling the service centre (ambe telecom ) and karbonn mobile service centre to get to know when I will get my phone back. But both the parties are blaming each other that the service centre is saying that we have sent your phone to okhla office for repairing and the main office at ohkla people are saying that service centre people didn’t sent us any phone. I also mailed several times regarding this to karbonn mail I’d. But I didn’t get any reply.
I just wanna say kindly do needful and help me to get my phone back with well and in proper working condition without any issue.
