I have bought a Karbonn mobile S5 titnium smartphone handset in May 2013 (IMEI number 1 911309350745751 and IMEI number2 911309350745769). The fun was dysfunctional within a few days of purchase. One part of the phone, touch screen did not respond to the touch. As a result, i was not able to dial numbers properly or use applications properly. First time we went to service centre in Thane West, there was lot of crowd and i had to go again and again before I got face time with service manager. However by that time this service centre was closing down. There after on December 5th I went to the new service centre in Thane east for change of the screen. After number of rounds and follow up with service centre, and after 35 days of agony the service centre changed screen which was sensitive to the touch again. However this time there were issues in the display (there were dark lines on the phone through out) After complaining about this, service centre is responding that there is no time line by which the phone will be replaced / repaired. If I am willing to keep the phone with the service centre indefinitely, they were willing to keep it for repair.
I want the initial money paid for the phone to be returned with interest as the company has not been able to fulfill its promise of warranty.
