Karbonn mobile – started giving trouble I have-not got any response from centre

I purchased Karbonn mobile ( model no- KC540) on 16/03/2013 from ebay.in. After few months the mobile started giving trouble so I submitted it to the Karbonn service center on 3/9/2013 having job sheet number- KJASPUP094913K8462 where I was assured that it will get repaired within 20 to 25 days but I have not got any response even after 25th day I even contacted service centre authority but they did-not picked the phone, so I physically went to the service centre and asked the status of the mobile they said that they have sent it to the head office and I will get the mobile within a week but that also did not happened in this way I visited 4 times to the service centre but got the same reply. Then again I visited there after 2.5 months approx then they said that my phone is not repairable and company is going to replace the mobile. For this I need to submit all the accessories along with the box to the service centre and they will be going to give DEO letter to me which I need to show it to the seller to get the new phone. Initially I denied to get DEO letter as I had purchased it on-line from ebay and as per ebay policy they are responsible only for 30 days for any transaction, in that case I need to directly contact the seller of ebay so there was no guarantee whether the seller would replace or not, so I gave this explanation to the service center and asked them to provide the replacement through them but they denied I also sent an email to karbonn customer care on 11/11/2013 but they also did-not responded yet. At last I agree to get the deo letter and submitted all accessories with box on 22/11/2013 and demanded DEO letter then they said that their server was not working at that time and told me that they will call me on monday (25/11/2013) for collecting the DEO letter but that also didnot happened. So I reached the service center on tuesday (26/11/2013) but they didnot gave me Deo letter. I have also submitted this complaint to you under ComplaintId :69346.2.2013 but no action taken by you I contacted you several times but no response received yet. I request you to please solve this issue or at least tell me the procedure to file a case against them.

I want monetary compensation and extend in warranty of the product.
