I gave my handset MODEL KARBONN TITANIUM S9 in Tigri New Delhi service centre on 18 September 2014. JOB SHEET NO.- KJASPDL100914K5434. The problem in handset was of wifi and camera app disability. But the service center staff said that they can’t repair it here so they will send it to Head office and you will get it back after 20 days. After they again extend that period to 10 more days. Turned to 30 days and then to 60 days. After which company said that yes their commitment is of 60 days but we failed to fulfill that. I had emailed them and as well as called them so many times but every time they said they are working on it on priority basis. But today is almost 90 days is completed. No satisfying answer given by them. They always said that my handset is in Delhi head office and under repair. I had faced so many problem due to that. I had purchased that smartphone coz it was my need. as i have to check my mails daily but now i am forced to go to cyber cafe and pay hourly fees there. which they will not understand.
Karbonn company said that their handset repair policy is of 60 days. Which is not fulfilled. I Called so many times to get exact status of my phone from service center as well as from Customer Care but no satisfying answer given by them. They always said that my handset is in Delhi head office and under repair. I have purchased one more mobile in between as i was facing problems. My new mobile costs me Rs5300. Its an extra expense which i had beared. Because of Karbonn Company. Now I cant leave Karbonn company without paying for their Bad service. I want my Karbonn mobile handset cost which is Rs.14000 as well as Rs5300 of my extra purchased mobile. This compensation amount have to be paid by karbonn. I will go further regarding this. If possible i will hire a lawyer and personally lodge a petition or whatever required in counsumer court. Meanwhile i request you to Please do justice as soon as possible.
