I have purchased karbonn phone for Gupta Talecom 28/10/2013. The motherboard damaged on 14/04/2014 and i have given the phone in authorized service center Shitij Telecom AKD tower, near hudda office Noida. but after 3 month and 4 days i have not received the same where they confirm me that i will get my phone within 15 days of submission

After 15 days i started following UP with customer care karbonn mobile and they told it will take 15 days more, so on 30 April 2014, i purchased a new phone of Nokia which cost me Rs.2300/- after continues followup since last 3 month i am now loosing hope to get back my phone also i lost some important data which was saved in phone for which i am mentally harassed.
