I have purchased a Karbonn phone model Titenium S5 on 16.10.13. Under warranty, when the phone became out of order, then I aubmitted the same to HITI Center of Karbonn in Hapur on 16.09.14. Since then the phone is under repair and has not been delivered to me till now. I have spoken sever times on 1860200xxx, and sent neary 100 mails but the problem is unresolved. kindly help me here to get the phone repaired
