Karbonn S-TAB – Getting repaired ill quality product

I had purchased Karbonn S-TAB 9 from EZone, Phinix, Pune in Dec 2013. Just after 1 month it stopped working. When I given to repairing center(Cell Point Communications) in Viman Nagar, Pune it took 1 month to get repaired and they changed its mother board as per their statement. Again after 1 month it stopped working and I given again for repairing to Sai Service Center, Shivaji Nagar, Pune and it took more than a month to get it repaired. Again after some days it stopped working. This time I given back to same service center(Sai) for repairing. They are saying it will take more than a month as display panel is not working. After follow up of one moth they are saying part is not available in warehouse so it will take more time. They suggested to send email to support@karbonnmobiles.com and call their customer care number 1860 200 4660. But customer care are rejecting the call. I called their Delhi number as well but there as well people are rejecting the call. Since purchase I have so much personal time and money in getting repaired ill quality product of Karbonn. I got mentally harassment due to these activities. I want to sue Karbonn company for these kind of ill quality products and their after sales services. Why people should buy Indian brand if they are providing such kind of ill product. I will also escalate this issue to PM circle through feedback social networking to let hem know the quality of Indian brand so they can be aware why people don’t buy SWADESHI. Product IMEI no.
