Karbonn S1 – Quality Service Issue – Review

I bought the Karbonn S1 mobile last year Sep, 2013. Mobile phone move to headset mode while using even the head set is not attached with it. I submitted the phone to service center with Job sheet number KJASPUP328314K5831 and they took two month to rectify but the same issue appear again. I told that since it is in warranty so replace it with new if you are not correct it. They told that it is not possible. they are again asking for submit at service center but does not assure for correction. Please find the mail discussion in attachment
