Karbonn service centre – non delivery of product poor response

bought KARBONN SMART TAB 8 (IMEI NO-ST81012001056) on 22-02-2013. my set stopped working and i gave it to karbonn service centre ( SHRI RAM SALES & SERVICES ,KANPUR) on 24-12-2013. they gave me date of receiving handset in month of february. but still i didn’t received my handset. I further contacted them they told me the reason that company itself is not sending the handset to them.on contacting them they tell rubbish reasons

i want them to provide me the handset as soon as possible with extended warranty, or if it is not possible then refund me the value of handset.
