Dear Sir/Madam, This for your kind information that I have purchased a karbonn Smart A1 Star (Black) mobile IMEI NO: 911241600522708, Invoice No: 51649 (Copy of Original Bill is as attached) dated: 06.08.2013,order ID:498202 from Sohalic .com. 2) Charging port of mentioned mobile is not working, so i tried to contact following mentioned Authorized Karbonn Service Centres (as mentined in booklet provided with hand set) 1) Suri Telecom (Luxmi Nagar), Contact Number: 011-32926923 / 9312131418 2) Shine Town (Ghaziabad),Contact Number: 07428336569 / 09810245456 As i am residence of Kamla Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad so the above said two Service centres are nearest to me (preferably) Suri Telecom denied to provide the services, where as there is no response from shine town even after making numerous calls Now as my mobile is under warranty it has to be repaired free of cost Now kindly guide me and assist for same otherwise I don’t have any other option except approaching to consumer court. — With Regards, Charanjeet.Singh Asstt.
