Karbonn smart – i did not get valuable response.service center

purchased tablet on 18/12/2012 and it is under warranty. due to technical problem in my tablet i submitted it in service center on 25/06/2013. but up to now i did not received my tablet. i called customer care many times but i did not get valuable response.service center is also not taking any response this tablet have so many technical problems/display problem fom the date of purchase. i have submitted it many times in service center but same problems arises again.

i want new replaced tablet or surety at least for one year so that i can use it. otherwise return my total money 5800+800. dont make such poor products and dont fool the consumer.
