Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint is regarding Karbonn Smart Tab2 which i have purchased on 5th of Aug. 2013.This product is not so worth to buy because it consists lots of technical problems(auto on-off,hanging,audio,bluetooth and graphic problems) which occurs from first day.Then i submitted this product to Ambee Electronics Sec.18 Noida U.P (Authorised Service Center of Karbonn Mobiles) on 10th of Sep. 2013. After inspecting the product they told me that call us tomorrow.And when i call them they told me that they are forwarding my product to Bangalore because of hardware problems and they said me it will take 10-15 days.Then i called service center again after 10 days they were telling me it will take more 15 days. Same above mentioned detail i have send it through mail also to karbonn(info@karbonnmobiles.com),but i have not received any concrete response from them.Few days back again i call Delhi customer support regarding above problem,but again they were telling me it will take 10 days more. The relief we want is that they should return the same or new product immediately as soon as possible with extended warranty.
