Karbonn st 8 tab – not repairing during warranty period

Sir, I have purchased karbonn st 8 tab from infibeam.com (online purchase) on 17 sept 2013 . & seller gave me one year warranty on product .( serial no of product -ST80413003634) My tab was facing problem during startup ..so I went to service centre in Bikaner – Vinayak mobile , M-9166603464 for assistance in Dec 2013 . They send my tab to higher service centre for repairing ( complain no 3306 ) After 3 months they return my tab on 10 April 2013 , but tab has different serial no of same model ..I oppose this but they told me that it was routein for karbonn company , they said oftely they return same model but with different imei / sr no. This different sr no tab has also problem with color producing in screen & tab also looking quite old . I asked my same product as I have purchased , but they are not giving me …So I am registering my complain on your site . Please solve out my problem as soon as possible .
