Karbonn Tablets – in a month stopped working refuse to replace

I had bought a Karbonn Smart 10 inch table from Reliance Digital. In less than a month, it stopped working. When contacted the customer care we were directed to the Shrishti Services, to give the phone for repair. It was given on 30th October. (Job sheet number: 2829 & printed receipt number: kjaspkjo381113k104). They said they would replace the faulty pice. Every week they say they would call in 2-3 days time. Its been almost 3 months and they still refuse to replace it saying they would call back in 2-3 days when the company has stock.

1.Compensation equal to the price of the tablet ie 10,000 INR and an additional amount of the same value for the nuisance caused: totalling 10,000 INR OR 2. replace the table within a week & compensation of 10,000 INR
