Dear sir, I had purchased a karbonn titanium S5 .After one and a half month suddenly the display went off and my mobile got turned off and I had to submit it to the service centre(The smart mobiles,dadar).They told me the phone needs to be sent to company as the motherboard is burnt in delhi and that I will get it back repaired in 45 days max.but its been 75 days and they have not given me my mobile they just keep delaying it and I am facing many problems..Its affecting my studies too much..I request you to help me Sir as soon as possible

I want my phone in full working condition or else replacement.
