I had purchased Karbonn A 9 Plus Smart mobile on 02-08-2013 from near by dealer in lower parel (manish pco} The mobile started giving issue since after 3 month. The battery was too week and dealer told me that since I am using 3G it will last only for 2-3 hours. I had asked by dealer to submit the mobile to the service center. I am really very sorry to say that the service provided by karbonn serv… Our dealer had submitted the mobile on 07-12-2013 and now today is 06-01-2014 till date I have not received my mobile. It has taken more 20 days to repair a mobile. JOBSHEET NO – KJASPUP2761213K10567 ASPCODE – KJASPUP276 Sorry to say but this is a very bad and ugly service provided by karbonn service center, even the phone numbers provided on Service Job sheet are dead.
