Kaveri online services seems to be not functioning properly. I tried to apply for EC and even made payments twice. However the payment is not acknowledged. I do not know how to get back this money. It is really waste of time trying to fill the entire form and not able to submit. I have sent a mail to the concerned and there is no reply.
