I made the order number KA/202487/NTRVDR1P through Kaunsa.com on Dec 2, 2013: 1. I never received any tracking id for the produt 2. The phone number provided was never reachable. 3. Phone got connected once (after trying for 10 days) and the on-call executive was very rude. 4. Online support staff used to give new excuses every time for why product delivery was delayed. 5. Product was delivered to me 8 days later than the promised date. 6. The product was defective. 7. I sent a mail with pic of damaged product, but i received no reply 8. I raised an online complaint ticket asking for refund, but kaunsa.com told me to talk to the vendor directly. I ordered the product through kaunsa.com and paid money to the website. Why should I talk to the vendor. It is kaunsa.com’s job to deal with the vendor, not mine. 9. I think the the product (Ray Ban sunglasses) is also fake/imitation of the original

Action against kaunsa.com for having poor customer service, zero after-sales assistance, forcing customer to talk to the vendor directly (which is an invasion of customer’s privacy), harassing customer over refunds, selling defective products. 4. Check whether kaunsa.com is selling imitations of popular brands (even though the website claims to sell 100% genuine products). The sunglasses that I received do not seem original.
