Sir, on 7th Oct as per a mail from kaunsa.com i ordered few iphones & tabs under play n win category & i paid for it from my cr card. It,s result came out on 22nd Oct which also they did not informed me. Earlier they said me in phone that if i don,t win then they will mail me how i can have my money utilised or refunded but Now despite my several mails & calls they r neither reverting back nor guiding me , what is to be done next by me. Sir, plz cooperate me to have my money back . Thanx. REGARDS.
