I bought tag heuer watch through Kaunsa.com , I received it not original its replica and in damaged position, I return back to tango deal who is dealer of Kaunsa in Delhi I return it on 16/10/2014 and confirm my delivery by my courier on 26/10/2014 I also give copy of delivery chalan, from that day they have not resend me product ,I call hundred time in the last two month but every time a new call center guy commit with wrong assurance, they ask that they coordinate with their dealer but still it’s long time and call centre is in noida and dealer is in Delhi, and that’s not my problem I want product with original and good condition, even I have paid money before two month when I purchase by credit card, it’s truly a strange that call center not giving any authority number whom I can talk about ,
