Hi, this is Jayakrishna, Durgavarjula, from Rajahmundry. I have purchased Kelvinator Brand Washine Machine vide Sl. No: 1305 1127 1312 1001 37, dated: 15.08.2011 from Trilok Electronics, Rjy vide Rt No: 858. After 2 months from the Date of Purchase, my Washing Machine is giving trouble and almost we have given complaint for 20 times and problems were not rectified so far

Every time some Trainee Technicians are coming to my home and they adjusting some parts and they told that my seniors will come for rectification of this problem. Even after, no body is bothered about my machine and they never turn up. At the end of the warranty period, they said that, my machine is not repairable and I should go for replacement under exchange. This is such a worst position for any consumer

I want to rectify my machine problems without further problems in that machine. I too agree that, becoz of wear and tear of parts, it may gives trouble. But not after 2 months of Date of Purchase. If my machine is not repairable, I want replacement against the same.
