Kelvinator – faulty Refrigerator refund my money

I purchased this refrigerator of kelvinator in March 2013 and this has been giving problems just after 2-3 months of purchase. Please note this refrigerator has already been replaced 3-4 months back and was not working for a period of 2-3 months and service man from customer care has attended the complaints 8-9 times before replacement in June- July. Even after replacement it has started giving multiple problems and service men from customer care have not been able to rectify even after 3-4 visits. I have complained in written to ASI of Kelvinator Mr. Vinay Kumar (Phone 8130898968) on vinay.kumar@vgmail.com , but even after so many request of getting this model replaced they are not listening and not even giving phone nos. of their seniors. We have been facing problems and wasting our time to do the complaints again and again and follow up on phone. This is to be noted that we are not able to talk anybody from Kelvinator directly or visit any customer care to register our complaint properly and people from customer care are not willing to help and not giving contact nos. of company representatives. We are suffering from this problem fro last 6-7 months since last hot summer till today and no strong action has been taken from Kelvinator. I also requested Mr. Vinay for this refrigerator replacement with another model (higher and better one) to avoid continuous repairing of this problematic refrigerator. I have also assured him to pay the difference of price but would not be accepting this model further. He has not reverted on this and says that this will not be replaced and says ” these kind of problems come in electronics” with casual approach. I request Customer forum to take action ASAP, as we have already wasted our warranty period of refrigerator in non working condition. I am attaching bills and other serial nos etc. for reference. We want our money back, which is paid to buy another company’s refrigerator or request kelvinator to replace this with another model with better quality as per our choice (we are ready to pay the difference). As damages happened in last 6-7 months we want extended warranty on replaced fridge as compensation to our damages in case company agrees to replace this with another model.
