I, Somnath Das resident of West Bengal ,Kolkata region would like to draw your attention regarding one of my problem.On last 5/08/2013 I had bought one new Kelvinator double door model no KCL274BKX ,bill no-1206, from one of the franchisee of Great Eastern Behala zone.From 25th of the month it started making problem ,the temperature was not getting cold We lodged the complain the the shop they sent servicing man from the company he changed some of the parts then it worked for next two to three month , then again it stared making same problem we again did the same they again send some servicing men and this repeats for next five times. Some of them said that it has got problem with bi- metal some said with the timer but non of them can repair it for permanently .We spoke with company’s concerned person , sent them mails along with all the complain details and every possible data but they failed to help us properly .We said that finally we do not want to continue with your product take it back and returned back my money .Because this problem is happening within the warranty period after warranty gets over if it again started making such problem i have to mend it with my money ,now they are giving me service as per company agenda next time i have to pay for it, but they did not came into any final solution with us .Now this time I do not want an compromise with them ,so i had came to you for help please help me with every possible way. Please go through it need help me soon,earnestly seeking for your help.
I want my money back whatever the money it had cost to me I just want to get it back let them take away their product.
