From the beginning the machine is not working properly. In 10months we have complaint around 15-20 times. we have asked them to replace the machine which was not heard. recently they have stopped replying to mails or calls. Now warranty period will get over soon then they will start charging for their service. Last time when they received our call they were charging for the replacement of the part even in warranty period. when we told them that we can complain about their poor product and service quality in consumer forum they bluntly said that go where ever you want to but we are not going to do anything. We have mailed them so many tiems but recently they have stopped replying to it.
As warranty period will get over in few days they will start charging for the service and damaged parts. we asked them to replace the machine long back but they haven’t responded to that.
