I am Dr. Srikanth. This compliant is in regarding to Kent Purifier, I purchased Kent Purifier on 16/02/2014 from Om Electronics and Home Appliances, Shop No G-2, Kalyan Tulshiram Chambers, side of N.H. No-9, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad 500050 Ph: 040-40216127 with invoice no 2030 TIN:28742850111 at a cost of 16500/INR, It was installed on 18th of February having a warranty of one year. From day one soon after installation done complaints started from that purifier till now kent staff visited nearly 5 times in 6months of its purchase, lot of times it keeps on stopping and buzzing as per the instruction list it was given that it will give buzz or beeps to change coils or other stuff nearly one year but it hangs like any thing sucks time, i went to the store where i purchased and asked for replacement he contacted the dealer of Hyderabad and said cant be replaced but said the problems will be rectified, last month in the first week it given buzz and stopped working it took 2 days for me to get done again today, previously nearly 3 times due to leakages, i took kent purifier after checking the reviews, but the performance is worst of worst with its working most of the times it either leaks or stop working giving out beeps as per warranty one year everything is done from kent side but if the same repeats after warranty period it is quite expensive to get it done, please help me to sort our this issue to get it replaced till now nearly 6 times in six months if it happens means after warranty period i will be in soup. kindly help me out as a consumer i am suffering like anything.

I need replacement of instrument and extended warranty because it land up with its working status from day one of its installation, i need the perfect and exact one when we see the reviews shows excellent when it comes to individual satisfaction worst of its worst performance because either leakage, or stopping of UV or filters just in span of 6 months if it shows these much of complaints once after warranty period over it will be very expensive which is unbearable paying whenever the service guy visits 500/- it the instrument having complaint each and every week or every month it goes too high kindly do me justice
