Kent RO not working

This refers to the kent RO product code 1069 (kent super plus), which I purchased on 08/05/2012 (invoice no CSM 12000126 & Book no CSM-0003). I hereby complain that above product is having some serious manufacturing default, since the date I bought this RO system it goes out of order every month. I have posted lot of complaints in your customer care regarding the same(you can check the company records for the same). Every time your people came and remove the problem but within a month or two it goes out of order with same or some other problems.I have already been asking to change the product so many times but nobody taking it seriously they just fix the problem and say it will not happen again but it happens again and again.

I request to the concern dept to take the appropriate action regarding the same…….as I bought this product on 08/5/2012 nd its already 10 months passed. So ones the warranty period will be over I don’t think anybody will do anything. I want company should replace the product and extend the warranty of the product as it showing problem consistently.
