KESINENI TRAVELS Online Bus Booking Refund Issue

I was trying to book a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Manipal (on KESINENI TRAVELS’ website http://www. kesinenitravels. com) on 27/03/14. The online transaction failed and I was unable to book the ticket. However, an amount of Rs. 1300 was deducted from my Credit card (ending 9833). I called up the Customer Care on 040-44771777 and told them about the problem. They assured me that the money would get refunded in 7 days time. They also allotted a complaint no. – 43923. I called them back on 07/03/14, 11 days after the transaction, because the refund had not happened. I was told that because of a payment gateway problem it would take another 2 days. I have been calling these guys ever since, after every 2-3 days but I have been given the same reason but no refund.

Rs. 1300 for the ticket (failed transaction) ~ Rs. 150 for the telephone changes incurred – the Customer Care is not toll free and I have been incurring Rs. 12-15 every time I call them. The management has been rude, to say the least. I talked to the management on 040-44854444 just once and they were dismissive. They flatly told me that I must talk to the Customer Care only and they will not entertain any calls.
