Dear Sir/Madam, I have selected Luminous as an options since KEVIN UPS option was not available. My Product is KEVIN UPS. I purchased a Kevin UPS from Hitech Computers ,Electronics City around 10 days ago. I dealt with Varadarajan from Hitech regarding this. UPS was making loud noise and when complained, they arranged for a standby UPS until another UPS was replaced. However, the replacement UPS did not work from the first day. It was turning OFF and was not working. When complained, they are not helping and asking to talk to the Kevin Manufacturer regarding this. I spoke to Shashi Kiran from Kevin on 9538542432. There is a delay from them and they are unable to arrange for the UPS. I requested for the refund from the dealer and they are not co-operating with us. Varadarajan is from the dealer and he is not responding. UPS was purchased only 10 days ago.
