sir. i have purchased karbonaA9* from snapdeal.com by(shree enterprises 1593, kingsway camp new delhi,pin 110009)at date 23 august 2013,my screen touch and speaker is not working properley,so i have been submit my mobile on karbon service center (sawhney communication,88, chandnager, below gumat,jammu 180001)he offer me a complaint no 3686,at 10/02/14…but my problem is still not solved. Kindly take action against him. because they are too lazy and not doing any thing good for the customer.

Hi, I have purchased Karboon A2+ mobile in Jun 2013 and from the first month charging slot is not working. It is coming out. Got it repaired 4 times but then also its not working after repair work for 3-4 days only. Please look into this. I am fed up from this problem.
