I had purchased two Kohler freelance vanity top basin code k- 2420 and one Kohler freelance wall hung basin code k-2421 for my newly constructed bathrooms in the year 2007. After 2 years of purchase I noticed hairline cracks in vanity basin which I complained to the local dealers and they changed my basin in the year 2010.Again,after a year or so I noticed cracks in the new changed basin as well as the other two basins of Kohler,I had purchased two basins by a different company from the same dealer but there is no such problem in them.
I again contacted the dealer as well as lodged an online complaint on the Kohler customer care number in July 2015 complaint no-150730258827. Kohler people came ,took snaps of the basins and said they’ll replace in 10-15 days.now they are saying that these three basins are not in production and either u choose from the basins in that same rate as I purchased in the year 2007 or I take that much of Money.but why should the customer suffer if your basins are out of production ,the price of the basin that was in year 2007 has almost doubled and why should I compromise with quality n the size also.this kind of behaviour is not justified with a company of your repute and status.This doesn’t suit your company’s reputation .kindly take immediate action to rectify my problem otherwise I’ll have to take legal action.
