we had booked to & fro bus tickets between Bangalore & shirdi through an travel agent near to our house in konduskar travels. we boarded the bus to shirdi on 15/01/2014. the bus met with an accident 70 kms away from shirdi on 16/01/2014. hence we called up the agent on 16/01/.2014 at 9.52pm & asked him to cancel the return ticket. the agent promised he would do but he failed to do so

the ticket cost is Rs. 3250/-, which I lost completely because of the agent’s negligence

return me double the ticket cost
