Kotak Mahindra Bank – debit Card PIN Not Received – No Customer Care

I have a saving bank account of kotak mahindra bank and 4 months ago i just applied for the new atm card and still i didn’t get any update from the bank and whenever i just called to bank’s call center they told that we have dispatched a new pin for your atm and if they are saying right then why i am getting my new pin.

As soon as possible i just want new pin for my ATM Card to Withdraw Cash.
