I booked a Policy Number 2742032 from Kotak Life Insurance. but I was cheated by them. Executive before booking told me many beneficial points. Such as credit card, medi claim, time period. To show many beneficial points he booked my policy. But when I got its acknowledgement with its certificate, it was totally different. There were no credit card, no medi claim and also time period was different. When I talked with Customer care, they clearly said NO that they will not add any beneficial points which were told by verbally their executive. So I chose option to terminate. But they deducted my two Insurance premium sum of Rs. 2600/- per month and not resolved my problem. I said either refund my money or add beneficial points which were told by your executive. It was clear that Kotak Mahindra is totally fake because they created my fake email Id while I sent my docs by my original id. They refused it and neither refund my money nor add beneficial points to my policy.

They deducted my two Insurance premium sum of Rs. 2600/- per month from my Saving a/c. I lost my money and also wasted my time.

They wasted my time and money both so I will request that company should refund at least 5 times double money of my PREMIUM SUM which were deducted from my saving account.
