I had ordered kurti 11th April 2014 via Paytm Mobile app . Return request was initiated the same day I received it i.e on 24th April because the item was of poor quality and Paytm advised that they will arrange for a pick up, i got no response from any courier and there was no response from Paytm either until I asked them for an update twice on the pickup.And on finally on 9th May they asked me to courier it to the Merchant and paytm shall refund full amount + courier charge. they further delayed by not giving me the merchant details until14th May. The item has reached the merchant on 17th May, and i have no response from Paytm’s end on refund status. I don’t even get a reply for my mails, I can’t even complain through their system as the order number has been made VOID. Kindly look into the situation and assist me.

This is no way to respond to a customer. paytm boasts of amazing services like 30day return policy and refund services. which is why i chose to buy from them and i want the concerned to take action against cheating and i want my money refunded incl. the the courier charge and i want it refunded to my account and not paytm cash as I do not wish to deal with them anymore.
