We have strong brand loyalty with Lakme. Unfortunately it was shattered yesterday. We Bought a Product (lakme scrub with strawberry extracts) from Big Bazaar ,Shipra Mall Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 15-11-2014. On use of it we found some unknown substance into it for getting sure we compared it with existing old product with us. I called to you call center number it was of no use. I have even posted my complaint on your Website.

It’s a beauty product applied on face ,mostly used by Girls. It may contain something harmful into it which may damage skin. It should be cleared from the market and should called back. Lakme should come with written apology. I have locked my complaint with Lever People but nothing happened.
