i am having Landline of BSNL vide Phone No 079- 25391099, but it is not working at all since last 2 months.

I have filed complains on Telephone Complain No. 079-25392198 for more than 7 times within 2 months.

One more point that When I call on my Landline (even if it is DEAD), i get answer that THE NUMBER YOU ARE CALLING IS BUSY, PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIMES.

What is this?????????????? If my Landline is totally DEAD since Last 2 (TWO) months, than how can i hear above words from your Telephone Exchange. This is really disguisting

There is One Song Line – IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA, this one is too much suitable to BSNL at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

I would like to Stop my connection of my Landline with immediate effect(i have given in written on 25.06.2009 at Pushpakunj , Kankaria,Ahmedabad,Gujarat) and there should be no RENT to be levied on my Landline since Last 2 (TWO) months, I will never pay the Rent due to your Fault.
