Hi, I have booked a flat in residential project with the name as “Landmark Residency” Sector-103 in Gurgaon in 2011. As of now I have paid 25% of the total amount, but this builder neither making Buyer Seller agreement nor have any bank approval for loan, since then they have demanded 20% more and threading to cancel and forfeit the 25%. Even unit number is not been allocated by the buider. There are more than 60 buyers who came together and form an association and wanted to negotiate, but the builder management is neither ready to listen anything nor provide any correct status. I am frustrated, I have put my all earning in this project and I see that by cheating they have collected the money. This builder is launching another project in Gurgaon, pls find the details as under: “Landmark is coming up with a luxurious residential project in Sector-81,Gurgaon on NH-8”. AREA SPECIFICATIONS – 2 BHK : Approx 1350 – 1400 sq.ft – 3 BHK : Approx 1700 – 1800 sq. ft – 3+1 BHK : Approx 2000 – 2100 sq. ft – 4+1 BHK : Approx 2500 – 2600 sq. ft This builder is cheater and I am afraid that my dream apartment will never be deliver and will lost 25%. I request you to put pressure and ask them to do the needful to start the work with proper documents ASAP.
