I am Mayank garg and i am from churu district that is in Rajasthan. Some days ago i visited churu railway station to make a journey from churu to Jaipur. I was inside station and moving towards my train. and i had a valid ticket. On platform one person came to me and ask for my ticket,(that was in completely in civil dress), so i asked him politely that dear sir i’ll show you my ticket but first tell me who are you to ask me this thing, are you a TC? than he scolded me and get angry and tried to do some physical fight. While he is doing this i also show him my ticket and also a ID as PAN card while it is not necessary for my ticket. than he took me in GRP station of that station and did such a misbehavior. he used abusive language with his colleague and slapped me 2 time also take my money from my wallet.They also give me warning to file a case (FIR) for (Rajkarya Me bhadha) Government duty disturbance and said me to file many fake charges on me. while i have shown a valid ticket and ID. Am i wrong to ask him about his ID?? Please you decide, if i am wrong than please take a strict action against me otherwise take some action against him.

I want an action that can tell them that they are not goons. As your rules suit for this crime.
