i paid my bill on last date 27.04.2010 but late fee was charged in next bill. I have the receipt of the Airtel authorized money collector agency. Further in my next bill same thing happened i.e. paid my bill on last date 27.05.2010 but payment receipt by airtel was confirmed by sms on receipt for 28.05.2010. I as having the recepit also. Now i will go the the consumer court against Airtel and Authorized money collector. I am more than 10 years associated with airtel with this no. 9829073021.
