LatestOne.Com Sold Faulty Product – No Customer Care

I had bought ” U 80 Bluetooth Smart Watch Wrist Wrap Watch for Smartphones IOS Android Black” with COD on 29th Jan 2016 vode Order No. SO1378314. On receipt of the product on 1st Feb 2016 I tried to charge it for 2 Hrs. & then start it but it didnt started & even power button didn’t responded to anything. Same was informed to the website via complaint No. Ticket #541431 on similar day which got response to reverse pickup in 7 working days, but it didnt got picked. Hence I had to complain again on 8th Feb for reverse pickup which got reply to pick in 2-3 working days, but again it failed to pick. My requests from 1st March 2016 are not yet responded by the company or its representatives.

I didn’t got the product I desperately needed during my wedding so that I don’t have to carry my mobile everywhere. Also receipt of the faulty product & further the non-responsiveness of this particular company have resulted in mental stress for me as I have spent Rs. 1600 on their product & now I am unsure of the money whether I am getting it back.

I need the money spent by me on this particular product along with the compensation of Rs. 5000 for the mental stress I had to face due to their negligence especially during my wedding times.
