SIr,i have order one lava mobile on 2nd june and the order no. Is 126584.kaunsa.com is selling this mobile in 1565.00inr so i have order this product on sunday 2nd june and on next working day i have called the customer care to ensure the order and they have also said that dont worry the product will be deliverd to u within 17th june.on 10th june again i called them and asked to give order dispatch detail but they said product will be delivered today and after 48 hour we will mail u the detail but no responce ai all.when i calle them on 14th june they havesaid that it will be delivered surely till 18th june and when i called them today they r saying that the price has been increased so give the increased amount after that we will dispatch.when i asked them to refund the money as they are cheated me they are saying it willtake 20 days and we cant give you the complaint number.

They are showing in their website that this is our price ie 1565.00inr and when the delivery date is crossed they are saying rate has been increased thats all fraud .so i want my full payment of product lava iris 455(8000) or my product.
