LAVA MOBILES – No Customer Care / Service

I have deposited my xolo a700 mobile on 09.07.13 to the above mentioned collection point of xolo, customer care will assure me that the mobile will be send back within 5 days after repaired, but after 5 days when i asked for mobile they replied that phone is under repair and return back to u soon so please wait for 24 hours, i called them after 24 hours they wait for another 48 hours, as they said i called again after 48 hours the again reply that mobile is under repair wait for endless time. now finally i received my mobile on 23.07.2013, but the condition of mobile is very bad i deposit the mobile for problem in charging when i received the mobile from collection point (Aggarwal Kiryana & Collection Point they even unable to switch on the mobile when i asked to do switch on the mobile they said that first u charge the mobile for one and half hour after that u can use but after 2 hours charging i am unable to switch on the mobile.

I demand Rs.10000/- relief may be not given its ok to me but a strict action should be taken against the co. xolo (LAVA)
