Lava tablet – switch on-off probelm poor service

i have purchased Lava Connect+ tablet in august 2013.After 3 months i got problem in my table where i am not able to switch on.I have given my tablet to nearest LAVA authorized servicing center in Hyderabad. Below is the Servcing center details TimeLine Mobiles,Abids,Hyderabad Job Card Number –385 After 15 days i called this servicing center and they told me Tablet is sent to Lava Head office due to they stopped doing service for Lava Tablets. I called Lava Customer support for the Tablet .They said they will track the Tablet.I am getting same answer since last 4 months.No one giving answer for my tablet where it’s missing.

They have to provide my tablet as soon as possible and i lost 6 moths warranty because they kept my tablet almost more then 6 months.If they are not found my tablet …they have to replace with newer tablet
