This is inform you that my phone (Lenovo 6000+) suddenly stop working a day after new updates were loaded (new version- lolypop) Cell phone was given to your authorize service center in east Delhi (b2X 004 – Vanshika Electronics) on 24.10.15.
They supposed to give my phone back on 26.10.15 (Monday), today they are giving me next weeks’ time. This is not acceptable and is very un professional approach towards your customers. May I request you to look into it else I have no option, but to escalate this matter further.
