sir, i bought a lenovo a690 smartphone from a local dealer. after sometime, i submitted it to a lenovo service centre. after sometime, lenovo approved the DOA certificate for the replacement of my phone. but when i contacted to lenovo sales department and lenovo customer care for the replacement of phone, they refused to help me. even the senior officer of lenovo is not helping me. i have waisted a lot of money in contacting them, but no one in lenovo is helping me. i have been waiting for replacement of my phone since last four months. please help me………. i want Rs 7600, which is my cell phone price and Rs 3000, that i have waisted in contacting them.
