Matathahalli Outer Ring Road, K.R.Puram, Bangalore-37 Sub: Request for service/exchange of my Lenovo mobile Sir, It is for your kind information that I have purchased a Lenovo A269i mobile phone from “Flipkart.com” vide Invoice No.KOL20140700040813 with IMEI Serial No.-865022020611552 which has been delivered to me on Dt.12.07.2014 at my office address as mentioned in the cash bill/invoice. After use of one month some problems has been started in my mobile phone. The phone was hanged, blacked-out the screen and display was not visible for a movement during my use. But the major problem has started in the evening of 28.08.2014, when I tried to pone to my home. When I on the screen, it has found that the half of the display has whitened and unable to see/use the apps behind it. So I went to your service center at Bhubaneswar (Sahidnagar) to repair the same on 29.08.2014 and found the center was closed. Again I went on 30.08.2014 and consult with the service engineer. It was surprised to me that the service center under Customer Carry-in Service demanded about Rs.3500/- for service charge and replacement of the display whereas I am coming under free service and replacement as per your warranty conditions. I am very much aware about the use and care of the mobile phone. Neither my mobile set is damaged nor misused. As per your General Terms and Warranty Service Information my problem / defect comes under it and I am liable to get genuine service or exchange facilities. Presently all above the problems are continuing and due to emergency hardly I able to receive and dial very limited calls.
Hence you are requested please take a prompt action on this regard for which appropriate service/exchange may be undertaken as per requirement and I shall get back my mobile phone with good working condition as it was on my purchase. Your kind and favorable response will avoid any consumer forum course of action and encourage me highly.
