I have logged H/W Issue (Req # 800 1666 856)with Lenovo on 31-Aug-13 and my tablet is under warranty. And its almost 50 days now Lenovo doesn’t have the required parts to resolve the issue. I want to bring into notice how come they are selling those products which could not be repaired in 50 days time. And they are denying for replacements. I have asked them to write their policies in such cases where products are not repaired in this much long time but no proper responses. They are just telling me that they have escalated the issue…. According to them the warranty period means that they can ask the customer to wait for days & weeks… Is that the condition registered with our government..? On of the executives called me (Sunil) around 1-2 Oct and gave the closure date of 10 Oct and now he has disappered..
I want to return this product and get my money back so that I can invest the same on some reliable brand. If they would have taken immediate steps to replace the product under warranty then I could have trusted them for future and accepted replacement..instead they have responded there is 7 day grace period for replacements… Then what dose warranty means..? Because I have completely understood that I can face similar issues related with Hardware in future and this company would not be giving an up-to date service as under warrant its taking two months to resolve the issues then later they would take forever to listen and give resolutions. So please help me to get my money back..As I want to return this faulty tab. I am attaching my purchase Invoice.
