I had our chased this phone 1 year back which started giving me emblems after initial few months, several contacts to customer support and visit to service center, did not help the concern. Lenovo even doesn’t have their own service center and has outsourced it to hcl, and even after that no resolution given, and instead the response received was that thee is a problem with the mobile network, having got that checked with different sim cards same problem occurred that the sim 1 slot did not read the card, and in the time the second sim slot has also stopped responding and the device gets heated too much. lenovo doesn’t even have a toll free number and the none of the phone reps have proper knowledge of the functionality of the device. It was being said that both the sim cards support 3g, but only sim slot 1 did which has stopped working long time back.
I want the company either to fix the device or replace it or if not better refund the money back to me as this device has created a lot of hassles for me,and the organization is just bothered to expand their market, but no service, it is by far the worst service ever receive, god knows how long will this shit organization may take to resolve this concern.
