Hi, I had purchased a Laptop from Lenovo Store in Coimbatore on 24th October 2013 under Lenovo Diwali Offer scheme. As per the scheme, the customer can opt for offer redemption from 3 choices given as e-Vouchers from either of the following websites: 1)MYNTRA.com 2)YATRA.com 3)Lenovo accessories I had opted for MYNTRA e-Voucher worth INR 5000 after prior registration on November 1, 2013 in Lenovo website(www.lenovodiwali.com).I had received a registration confirmation mail on 10 November, 2013 from offer@lenovodiwali.com stating my request is under process. As per the offer scheme, the MYNTRA e-voucher must be used on or before 31 December,2013. Till this day, I have not received MYNTRA e-voucher even after successful submission of invoice, a personal identity information and other details of Laptop purchase. Please help me redeem my offer.
